gaining happiness
I've spent essentially my whole life dealing with disordered eating and all I want is for that portion of my life to be over. I'm interested in taking care of my body, my mind, and my heart until all of them beautiful and happy. I blog/reblog fitspo, reflections on my own weight loss and fitness process and everyone once in a while thinspo (shying away from anything unhealthy!) as well as pretty things that make me happy such as summer-related pictures and pictures of brownstones.

Tried the Skinny Iced Caffe Mocha at Starbucks today. 100 calories for a grande. I HIGHLY recommend this — I love Starbucks and I tasted NO difference between the skinny and the regular version of this drink. Has anyone else tried this?
